Teil wird im Grunde wie eine normale Webcam betrieben, ungeachtet mit welchem Betriebsystem.

Comprends pas vos prbm d`OS. Devrait se brancher comme webcam USB... mais alors quel résultat! Impressionnant chez moi (vieux MacBook) et pas slmt pour l`électronique

Gutes Mikroskop in der Preisklasse. Läuft bei mir sofort unter Linux mit v4l und dem uvcvideo Treiber als normale Webcam. Ich habe mit vlc und cheese erfolgreich Video anzeigen können.

Gutes Mikroskop in der Preisklasse. Der Ständer ist wirklich sehr stabil. Leichte `Wackler` bei Fokussieren und veränder der Höhe sind verschmerzbar.

Das Gerät wird auch unter Linux erkannt und läuft als normale Webcam mit v4l und dem uvcvideo Treiber. Ich habe das mit Kernel 4.8. ausprobiert. Die Videoanzeige hat mit VLC und Cheese geklappt. Andere Programme habe ich nicht getestet.

Ein tolles Teil. Ist ein muss für Leute, die Smartphones reparieren oder Platinen löten.

so I received mine yesterday and it is a truly amazing little device. no setup required, works straight out of the box and I was positively surprised by the imagequality. It was a bit of try but it is more than I expected. Have not worked with it yet but happy so far.

By far the best USB microscope I ever tried.

The led lights are quite white, without significant yellow or bluish tones, and their regulation is unusually smooth.

By adjusting the vertical position of the microscope and its focus ring it is possible to arrange for different magnification ratios.
Unfortunately, the vertical positioning system and the microscope mount have too much play and can make the adjustment operation difficult, particularly at higher magnifications. Moreover the microscope mount is too easy to tilt by simply bumping into it or pulling the USB cable. These parts will need to be revisited and corrected.

The CD-ROM includes usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting manuals in PDF, and a software for Windows.

Actually, there is no need to use the included software, as the microscope is a regular USB camera and can be used with whatever imaging application.
The microscope is not particularly fast, and image loading at higher resolution is jerky, it is advisable to focus at 640x480 resolution and then switch to more detail.

Work under linux Debian 8 Jessie & VLC mode 640x480. Same quality as under MSWindows.

Leuk spul, prima prijs om eens te proberen. Ben er nu al een tijdje mee bezig en het is inderdaad een enorme hulp bij het werken met kleine materialen.
